All spas are FOB Arctic Spas, 2368 S State Street in Salt Lake City. All sales are final. A $1000 deposit is required to place an order. Balance is due upon pickup. We accept Cash, Check, ACH, Venmo, and Zelle.
Since these spas are sold through service companies, we do not allow specific use of the Clearwater Spas name in mass public advertising, such as on Google. For example, you cannot advertise that you sell Clearwater Spas. You can say that you sell spas, though in generic terms, without using the name Clearwater Spas. You can use the name Clearwater Spas if you are advertising directly to your customers, such as with email.
